Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Entrants - The competition is open to all New Zealand residents who are MangoFusion members and who have a valid MangoFusion log on address and password.
  2. Runs from the 1st of April, 2009 to 31st August, 2009.
  3. All valid entries received on time will be entered into the random prize draw.
  4. The first valid entry drawn will be declared the winner.
  5. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  6. Transport is provided within the Christchurch City area only and does not include flights or transport into Christchurch.
  7. MangoFusion Limited reserves the right to terminate this promotion without notice at any time.
  8. The prize is not transferable, nor exchangeable.
  9. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10. Accepting a prize constitutes the winner's consent to MangoFusion Ltd using their name, city/town of residence for promotional or publicity purposes without compensation. The winner must be available upon request for any publicity or promotional purposes.
  11. To the extent permitted by law, MangoFusion Ltd, its employees and agents, exclude any liability they may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion. This exclusion applies to any losses, costs or damages you may claim for (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) and however the liability arises, or might arise if it were not for this exclusion. The winner accepts and uses the prize at his or her own risk.
